Quick answer: Loop2Tech works with clients worldwide from Karachi, Pakistan. Every project runs on a written scope with a fixed price in US dollars, payments tied to milestones on larger builds, and the code, data and accounts owned by you. We agree a shared working window with your time zone before work starts, and everything else happens in writing.
Time zones and working hours
Karachi runs on Pakistan Standard Time, five hours ahead of UTC all year, because Pakistan doesn't change its clocks. Here is how that lines up with the places our clients most often work from.
| Your location | Karachi is ahead by | What it means day to day |
|---|---|---|
| UAE and the Gulf | 1 hour (2 hours for Saudi Arabia) | Almost your whole working day overlaps with ours |
| UK | 5 hours in winter, 4 in summer | Your morning overlaps with our afternoon |
| Central Europe | 4 hours in winter, 3 in summer | Your morning and early afternoon overlap with ours |
| US East Coast | 10 hours in winter, 9 in summer | A short shared window, so most updates arrive in writing before your day starts |
Before a project starts, we agree in the written scope which hours we keep free for calls with you. Outside that window, work continues and you get written updates, so the time difference gives you progress overnight instead of delays.
How communication works
- One named contact. You know who runs your project and who to message.
- Written updates. Progress, questions and decisions go in writing, so nothing depends on who was on a call.
- Scheduled calls. Kick-off, milestone reviews and anything that needs a conversation happen in the agreed window, by video call.
- Your channel or ours. Email, WhatsApp or your team's tool, agreed at the start.
- Staging links. You click through the work on a staging site or a development theme before it goes live, rather than relying on screenshots.
Scope, price and payment
Every package price sits on our pricing page in US dollars, so you know the starting point before you contact us. For custom software, a paid discovery phase produces the written scope, the data model and a fixed quote, and its fee goes towards the build.
The written quote sets out the scope, the timeline and the payment terms. On larger projects, payments follow milestones you can see working, such as a staging site or a finished set of templates, so you never pay the full price before you have seen the work. Scope changes get a written price and date before anyone starts on them.
Ownership, access and confidentiality
- You own what you pay for. On custom builds, you own the source code, data, hosting accounts and documentation, and we put that in writing.
- Your accounts, your control. Code goes into your repository and your hosting where you have them. On Shopify, we work through a collaborator account with only the permissions the job needs, never your owner login.
- Clean handover. At the end, we hand back every login and credential we created and remove our own access.
- Confidentiality. We will sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
What working with us looks like, start to finish
- You send the brief. Your site or store, what you want changed, and any deadline.
- We reply with questions or a scope. Smaller jobs get a written scope and price; custom software starts with discovery.
- You approve the scope. The price, timeline, milestones and shared hours are fixed in writing.
- We build in stages. You review each milestone on staging and sign it off.
- We launch and hand over. Code, accounts and documentation go to you, and ongoing support or growth work continues only if you want it.

Frequently asked questions
Does Loop2Tech work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. Loop2Tech is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and works with clients worldwide, including the UK, the US, Europe and the UAE. Projects run on a written scope with prices in US dollars.
How do you handle the time difference?
We agree a shared window for calls in the written scope and send written updates outside it. Karachi is five hours ahead of UTC all year, so the overlap depends on where you are, from almost a full day with the UAE to a short window with the US East Coast.
What currency do you invoice in?
US dollars. Every package price on our pricing page is in US dollars, and the written quote sets out the payment terms for your project.
Who owns the code you write for us?
You do. On custom builds, you own the source code, data, hosting accounts and documentation, and the agreement says so in writing.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No. On larger projects, payments follow milestones you can review on a staging site. The written quote lists each milestone and what it covers.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send us your NDA before you share anything confidential, and we will sign it before the project discussion goes further.
